Levelling Tool
Ensures even compression across all four corner screws of the holder. Visually aids even tightening of 4 corner screws for uniform pressure distribution on the cell and accurate force measurements. The tool makes it straightforward to achieve consistent setup conditions across multiple experiments.
Torque Wrench
Provides more precise and consistent tightening than a standard Allen key. Working alongside the levelling tool, it helps achieve even compression across all four corners by applying the same torque to each screw. Can also be used to set approximate stack pressure without the Force Sensor Module—useful for quick tests or as budget-friendly alternative—though with lower accuracy and repeatability than direct force measurement. The calibrated design ensures your assembly procedure stays consistent across experiments.
4-Port USB Hub
Organizes sensor connections to your PC. With up to four sensors potentially connected (force, thickness, and/or temperature modules), the hub keeps cable management clean and solves limited USB ports on computers.
Spare Flexible Pads
Soft flexible interface pads that distribute compression
force evenly across the cell surface. Pads are made of PORON®, which is used in
commercial EV battery packs. It maintains its properties through
repeated compression cycles, but long-term testing or high-force applications
may require replacement. These spares keep your experiments running without
waiting for parts.
While these accessories come standard with the Pouch Cell Holder - Complete bundle, this separate pack is ideal for labs running multiple test stations or replacing consumables after intensive testing campaigns.
